  • You will come away with a new approach for developing ideas within your organization.

  • You will find out what other leaders think.

  • We will occasionally ask Claude what it “thinks”.

  • Your collective wisdom will help to reimagine Agility and Leadership for the challenges ahead.

To kick it off, we will begin with these topics:

  • June 12. What fundamental challenges for leaders are shifting? What leadership challenges are accelerating?

  • June 19. How must leadership paradigms change to meet the shifting challenges?

  • June 26. How do we engage and prepare other leaders and teams throughout the organization so that they are able to meet these new challenges?

We will then drill into the topics that are most pressing to the group.

In the last 5 years, we have seen unprecedented organizational disruption:

  • AI is changing how companies operate, interact with customers, and deliver products.

  • Covid 19 forced organizations to rapidly adapt to remote work. 

  • The rise of the gig economy.

  • Globalization and global supply chain disruptions.

What disruptions can we expect in the next 5 years? How might these changes affect you?

  • Rapid advancements in large language model (LLM) and other forms of AI are monumentally revolutionizing business.

  • 6G networks are expected to enable business-changing opportunities for IoT, autonomous vehicles, remote healthcare, and immersive experiences.

  • Display technologies will continue to improve, making remote meetings much closer to an in-person experience. This will transform the way organizations engage with customers, train employees, and design products.

  • Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and blockchain have been slow in adoption but companies are figuring out how to utilize these and to create new business models.
