Our Dialogic+Diagnostic Learning Approach
Agile 2 Academy is unique in that we have developed an approach that is highly effective.
This approach has been honed over several years, during which we have incorporated feedback and analyzed participation and learning effectiveness.
It begins with engagement: generate interest and curiosity at the outset. Then challenge the participants with a problem or conundrum — that maintains their engagement.
Provide participants opportunities to think about the challenge, and discuss it.
Then teach them what experts say: share models that are known, and research that has been done. This enables them to generate a deeper understanding of the issue.
Then give participants another chance to think and discuss. Their improved understanding enables them to sharpen and deepen their thoughts about the problem they were challenged with.
Finally, have the participants create a solution. This empowers them with new mental patterns that they can take with them.
